在所有申請流程包含補件和催簽都是線上的狀況下，請求要寫的簡要意賅，讓簽證官可以ㄧ看就知道你的需求。

首先找到IRCC的Web Form，這是線上用來跟IRCC溝通的管道之一。填寫自己的基本資料包含，姓名、Email，最後再填寫自己的什麼文件有錯誤，錯誤的是什麼，正確的應該是什麼，最後再不失禮貌的感謝簽證官。最後記得attach要補的文件然後送出，送出後不會有任何Email通知你送出成功，只會出現成功的畫面。

下面是我自己當初發現LOA上的名字有誤，重新送一份給IRCC的Enquiry範例：

I would like to re-submit my Letter of Acceptance. The given name on the document was misspelled as < OOO >, while the correct one should be < XXX >. Thus, I've requested my school to revise and sent it again. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

我在六月二號送出新的文件給IRCC，大約一個月後就會收到IRCC的回信，確認已經收到我的新文件。

<aside> 👉 什麼時候可以催簽？該怎麼催？

可以先在IRCC網站找到Check Processing Times，確認辦理學簽現在所需時間。這個時間要從你壓完指紋後指紋資料送到IRCC開始計算，如果時間已經超過了，或是學校已經在向你詢問是否成功拿到學簽了，就可以開始催促IRCC盡快審理。基本上就是告訴簽證官為什麼你需要趕快拿到簽證，然後帶到一些關鍵日期，像是你什麼時候送出，然後現在已經多久了都沒有下文，請他們盡快完成。

下面是我的催簽Enquiry範例：

Dear Officer,

My application for study permit was submitted on 14 April, 2022 and it's now 4 July, 2022. As my study will start in September 2022, and the time is close to the beginning of my new semester. I am kindly requesting a status update on my application. Moreover, please help speed up on the process and let me know if there is anything I can assist on any of the further requests.
